जो बोले सो निहाल सत्श्री अकाल



ईश्वराने मनुष्याला काही सांगायचेच ठरवले, तर तो काय सांगेल? ईश्वर म्हणेल, 'तू हवं ते कर. परंतु तुला माझ्या मर्जीनुसारच परिणाम प्राप्त होतील. पण जेव्हा तू माझ्या इच्छेनुसार कार्य करशील, तेव्हा माझ्या तुझ्या मनोकामना पूर्ण होतील.' याचाच अर्थ, मनुष्य ईश्वराच्या हुकुमानुसार, आज्ञेनुसार कार्य करतो, तेव्हाच प्रत्येक कार्यात त्याला यशप्राप्ती होते, तृप्ती मिळते.



गुरुनानकांनी आपले संपूर्ण आयुष्य ईश्वराच्या हुकुमानुसार व्यतीत केल्यानेच ते महान बनले. काही लोकांना ईश्वराच्या आज्ञेप्रमाणे जगण्याची इच्छा तर असते, परंतु प्रत्यक्षात ते तसे जगू शकत नाहीत. त्यांच्यासाठी प्रस्तुत पुस्तक निश्चितच प्रेरणादायी ठरेल.
