स्मार्ट ग्रामपंचायतीचं तंत्र आणि मंत्र
' ग्रामपंचायत : कारभार आणि कारभारी ' हे पुस्तक आपल्या ग्रामपंचायतीच्या माध्यमातून गावच्या विकासासाठी मोलाची माहिती देणाऱ्या मित्राची भूमिका बजावतं. ग. शां. पंडित यांनी या पुस्तकाच्या लेखनामागची भूमिका स्पष्ट करताना मनोगतात लिहिलं आहे, ' गाव सुधारले तर देश सुधारेल , हा संत महंतांच्या विचारांचा गर्भितार्थ लक्षात घेऊन सध्याच्या शासनाने ' स्मार्ट सिटी'प्रमाणेच 'स्मार्ट व्हिलेज'ची संकल्पना पुढे आणली आहे. While explaining the purpose behind writing this book, G. Sh. Pandit states in the preface:“If villages improve, the nation will improve—this is the deeper meaning of the teachings of saints and spiritual leaders. Keeping this in mind, the current government has introduced the concept of a ‘Smart Village,’ similar to ‘Smart Cities.’ Through the scheme ‘Our Village, Our Development,’ policies have been adopted to prepare a ‘Gram Panchayat Development Plan’ so that funds can be used effectively and all sections of the village can participate in the development process. This is certainly a welcome step. It will help create a supportive environment for the development of rural and tribal areas.”
