*कंपनीचा पेर्सोनेल मॅनेजर कथेचा नायक आहे. त्याच्याभोवती फिरणारे अनेक प्रसंग, तणावपूर्ण घटना यांतून कॉर्पोरेट विश्वातील घडामोडींची माहिती मिळते. कादंबरीत एक रंजकता असूनही सत्य घटनांवर ती आधारित असल्याने त्याचे संदर्भ सद्यस्थितीतही लागू होतात.
